A state-of-the-art inBlue water treatment system had been implemented in the center of Småland, Sweden. Alvesta Municipality´s swimming facility needed to be renovated, with certain parts of the building being reconstructed.
The building´s multi-level basement made it possible to place all equipment at an energy saving level. This layout allows the water treatment system to be mainly operated by gravity. Based on inBlue´s most energy efficient technologies, Alvesta now has an environmentally friendly pool, saving at least 50% energy.
