Denmark’s best-known national emblem, the four-foot-tall bronze statue of Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Mermaid was transported from the Copenhagen harbor to Shanghai for the World Expo in 2010. During the exhibition the Little Mermaid perched on her rock in a pond of salt water disinfected by the systems of Ultraaqua.

The salty pool water was cleaned with inBlue´s filter technology, including the Ultraaqua drum filters and UV systems. The pool hydraulics were hydraulically modelled and designed by inBlue.
