POOLRAY UV

The POOLRAY series is developed for disinfection and combined chlorine removal in swimming pools, being optimized for the lowest possible operating costs.

By synthesizing organic chloramines from the majority of the nitrogen precursors introduced into swimming pool water, experimental investigations and process modeling studies have been conducted. The photolysis process in the reactors has been quantified by providing proprietary kinetic data for the photolysis of several organic combined chlorine compounds.

Furthermore, the reactor geometries and electronic control systems have been designed to minimize operating costs. The large flanged connections and body geometry results in very low head loss even at a high flow rate. The intelligent PLC control enables both automatic lamp dimming and diurnal power variation which ensures excellent operational efficiency. Material selection and components of high industrial quality guarantee long-term trouble-free operation in the mostly hot, humid, and corrosive pool environments.
